An affiliated membership can be a first step in the process of strengthening the links between the European academic GI-community and an industrial partner. Within this process, further co-operation between AGILE and the industrial partner can be negotiated and tailored to th e specific outcomes and wishes of both the industrial partner and AGILE and its individual members.
